IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT CURIOCITY ONLINE RESERVATIONS
Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure your family’s full enjoyment of our facility before booking your visit.
RESERVATIONS
We have ten time slots every day you can choose from. You can pay online and receive an email confirmation in order to be admitted. For private sessions please contact us to arrange the booking. Infants below 1 year will be charged the admission fee of 80 QR upon arrival. If you do not have reservations and we have availability you can arrange the reservation at our welcome desk before the session starts.
NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE PLAYGROUND IN THE EVENT A SPECIFIC SESSION HAS NO CONFIRMED BOOKINGS.
To ensure a controlled, clean environment, we require visitors to leave the facility promptly after allotted time. During the 15 minutes break our employees clean and sanitize the equipment for the next group of customers. The center has dedicated resting and waiting spaces that families can use while waiting for the next session to start if they have reserved two or more following time slots.
NO REENTRY
After making a reservation for a specific session, families are welcome to stay for the selected session ONLY. Please provide prove of payment at the gate of play area to confirm your time slot and number of children booked. NOTE that if you are late for your session the time that you have missed will not be recap in the following session.
NO REFUNDS
The charge cannot be refunded or credited in any way whatsoever, even if you miss your allotted time. However, you may give that time to someone else if you are unable to attend by informing us or providing the confirmation email to your substitute visitors.
We encourage you to limit how many adults come to CurioCITY in order to allocate more space for children to play. Admission to play area includes one adult per child. For additional adult entering play area the fee of 45 QR will be requested.
Adults and children MUST wear socks in the play area.
